CLAY COUNTY, Fla.<\/b>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Overnight closures of the ramps from Blanding Boulevard (State Road 21) to northbound First Coast Expressway (State Road 23) are planned Monday, Dec. 18 and Tuesday, Dec. 19 for barrier wall installation.<\/b><\/p>\n

The ramps will close at 11 p.m. each night and reopen by 5 a.m. the following morning, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting. During the closures, traffic will detour via Branan Field Road and Old Jennings Road. Motorists are reminded to follow detour signage and use additional caution in the work zone.<\/p>\n
