JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Construction on a FDOT project to resurface State Road 208 (Wilson Boulevard) from Debra Drive to Lane Avenue is scheduled to begin the second week of January, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.<\/p>\n

The project will consist of milling and resurfacing, drainage improvements, curb and gutter work, traffic signal and lighting improvements, highway signage, sidewalk and bicycle path improvements and other incidental construction.<\/p>\n

Traffic will be maintained in accordance with FDOT standards throughout the project.\u00a0No single lane closures will be allowed from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. One lane must remain open in each direction. No double lane closures or detours from 5:30 to 9:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n

Duval Asphalt Inc. was selected to complete this $2.5 million dollar project by fall 2024, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.<\/p>\n
