JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 FDOT will have overnight closures and detours throughout the I-95\/I-295 North Interchange Operational Improvements project beginning Monday, July 8 for roadway and bridge construction operations, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.<\/p>\n

Closure scheduled Monday, July 8 and Tuesday, July 9 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.\u00a0the following morning:<\/p>\n

• I-295 West closed:<\/b> Drivers will detour to Pulaski Road, to New Berlin Road, to U.S. 17, to Airport Road and take I-95 South to reconnect with I-295 West.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Closure scheduled Wednesday, July 10 and Thursday, July 11 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.\u00a0the following morning:<\/p>\n

  • I-295 East closed:<\/b>\u00a0Drivers will detour to Lem Turner Road and pass through the intersection to reconnect with I-295 East.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This work is part of a new phase of construction on the I-95\/I-295 North Interchange Operational Improvements project. The interchange upgrades are part of an important effort to promote economic growth and development in the region.<\/p>\n
