<\/a>JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/span><\/b> \u2013 As part of a project to resurface University Boulevard (State Road 109) from I-95 to San Jose Boulevard (State Road 13), overnight closures of University Boulevard at Richard Street are planned through Thursday, Jan. 30, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.<\/p>\n

The road will close nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. to allow for installation of a JEA water main. During the closures, traffic will detour via Philips Highway (U.S. 1), Bowden Road and Cagle Road. Drivers should follow posted detour signage and use additional caution in the area.<\/p>\n
