<\/a>GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0\u2013 As part of\u00a0First Coast Expressway construction, the planned traffic shift at the State Road 16\/First Coast Expressway interchange has been postponed to Friday, June 6 due to weather.<\/p>\n

When completed, the shift will move the interchange into its final configuration as a diverging diamond interchange (DD!). One through lane will be open in each direction on State Road 16. All ramps at the interchange will remain closed until this segment of the First Coast Expressway is opened to traffic, which is anticipated to occur this summer.<\/p>\n
