ORANGE PARK, Fla.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0\u2013 A project to redesign the intersection of Blanding Boulevard (State Road 21) and Wells Road begins Monday, Aug. 4.<\/p>\n

The project includes milling and resurfacing, base work, shoulder treatment, drainage improvements, curb and gutters, traffic signals, lighting, highway signing, bridges, sidewalks\/bicycle path and other incidental construction.<\/p>\n

Traffic will be maintained in accordance with FDOT design standards throughout the duration of the project. No single lane closures on Blanding Boulevard and Wells Road will be allowed from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. No double lane closures on Blanding Boulevard and Wells Road will be allowed from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. The project is estimated for completion in fall 2026, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.<\/span><\/p>\n
