Jacksonville – Detours are planned for I-295 Southbound between San Jose and Old St. Augustine Road September 16th through the 17th. Through traffic will be diverted into the Express Lanes coming off the Buckman Bridge. Additional detours will be in place for San Jose North and Southbound traffic accessing the I-295 Southbound ramps.
