JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of intelligent transportation system (ITS) work on the Buckman Bridge, overnight double and triple lane closures on I-295 South are planned Saturday, Nov. 7, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
I-295 South between U.S. 17 and San Jose Boulevard (State Road 13) will see double lane closures from 9 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7 and triple lane closures from 11 p.m. Saturday to 11 a.m. Sunday. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes if possible and allow additional time to reach their destinations.
