JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of FDOT’s I-10 from I-295 to I-95 widening project, closures and detours are scheduled at multiple interchanges within the project limits Sunday, Aug. 24 through Thursday, Aug. 28 while crews perform construction work, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting. Please note that schedules may be adjusted to avoid conflicting detour traffic along the routes.
Closures scheduled Sunday, Aug. 24 and Monday, Aug. 25 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- McDuff Avenue on-ramp to I-10 East closed: Drivers will detour to Roselle Street, then go east to Stockton Street to access I-10 East.
Closures scheduled Sunday, Aug. 24 to Thursday, Aug. 28 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- Irene Street on-ramp to I-10 West closed: Drivers will detour to Edison Avenue and make a right on Forest Street to access I-10 West.
- Ellis Road at I-10 closed: Northbound Ellis Road drivers will detour and make a left on Ramona Boulevard, right on Lane Avenue and right on Highway Avenue to access Ellis Road. Southbound Ellis Road drivers will make a right on Highway Avenue, left on Lane Avenue and left on Ramona Boulevard to access Ellis Road.
Closures scheduled Tuesday, Aug. 26 to Thursday, Aug. 28 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- I-10 West off-ramp to U.S. 17 (Roosevelt Boulevard) closed: Drivers will detour to Cassat Avenue, right on Highway Avenue and right on Edgewood Avenue to access U.S. 17.
