DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. – Construction is scheduled to begin next week on a project to install a pedestrian hybrid beacon on Lane Avenue (State Road 103) south of Manotak Avenue and install strain poles on Edgewood Avenue (State Road 111) at I-95. Additional improvements consist of highway signing, traffic signals, lighting, and other incidental construction.
Lane closures will generally be scheduled outside peak hours, and one lane in each direction will remain open at all times to minimize traffic impacts. Traffic is being maintained in accordance with FDOT design standards throughout the project. Lane closure information is available at NFLRoads.com.
Completion is expected in mid-2027, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
