JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of CSX railroad crossing work, an extended detour of Edgewood Avenue at Beaver Street is scheduled Oct. 26 to Nov. 20, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
Motorists traveling north on Edgewood Avenue will follow posted detour signs to Cassat Avenue south, I-10 West, Lane Avenue north and Beaver Street east to access Edgewood Avenue.
Motorists traveling south on Edgewood Avenue will follow posted detour signs to Beaver Street west, Lane Avenue south, I-10 East and Cassat Avenue north to access Edgewood Avenue.
Motorists are encouraged to use extra caution in the area and plan for potential delays. Pedestrians will also be required to detour at this time.
