JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of the I-95 and I-295 North interchange improvements project, overnight detours throughout the project limits are necessary for roadway and bridge construction operations Sunday, July 12 through Thursday, July 16, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
I-95 North closure scheduled Sunday, July 12 to Thursday July 16, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- Drivers will detour to Busch Drive, go north on U.S. 17 and west on Airport Center Drive to access I-95. Drivers on I-295 West wanting to access I-95 North will detour to U.S. 17 North and go west on Airport Center Drive to access I-95.
I-295 West closure scheduled Monday, July 13 and Tuesday, July 14 from
10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- I-295 West drivers will follow posted detour signs to use the I-295 West collector/distributor lanes.
I-295 East closure scheduled Wednesday, July 15 and Thursday, July 16 from
10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- I-295 East drivers will follow posted detour signs to use the I-295 East collector/distributor lanes.
Conflicting detours and lane closures will not take place at the same time.
