JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of the Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and I-95 interchange improvements project, nightly closures are scheduled Saturday, May 30 through Friday, June 5 for I-95 bridge demolition operations. Not all scheduled ramp closures will occur simultaneously.
I-95 South ramp to eastbound MLK (Exit 354A) closed: The exit ramp from I-95 South to eastbound Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway (Exit 354A) will close nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. As a detour, drivers should continue south on I-95 to the Eighth Street exit and travel north on Main Street to access the ramp to eastbound Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.
Westbound MLK ramp to I-95 South closed: The ramp from westbound Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway to I-95 South will close nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. As a detour, drivers should take I-95 North, exit at Golfair Boulevard and head west to access the I-95 South on-ramp.
Eighth Street ramp to westbound MLK (Exit 345B) closed: The ramp from Eighth Street to westbound Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway will close nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. As a detour, drivers should travel north to I-95, exit at Golfair Boulevard, then continue south on I-95 to the eastbound Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway exit.
Eastbound MLK under I-95 closed: Eastbound Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway under I-95 will close nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. As a detour, drivers should take I-95 South, exit at Eighth Street, go west to Main Street and travel north to access eastbound Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.
Westbound MLK from Boulevard Street to Moncrief Street closed: Westbound Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway from Boulevard Street to Moncrief Street will close nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. As a detour, drivers should take I-95 North, exit at Golfair Boulevard, then take I-95 South to the westbound Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway exit (Exit 354B).
