JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of FDOT’s I-10 from I-295 to I-95 widening project, closures and detours are scheduled at multiple interchanges within the project limits while crews perform overhead sign installation, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting. Please note that schedules may be adjusted to avoid conflicting detour traffic along the routes.
Closures scheduled Monday, Jan. 13 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- U.S. 17 (Roosevelt Boulevard) on-ramp to I-10 east closed: Drivers will detour via Roosevelt Boulevard to Edgewood Avenue north, take Plymouth Street east and McDuff Avenue north to access I-10 East.
- I-10 West exit to U.S. 17 closed: Drivers will detour via the McDuff Avenue exit and take McDuff Avenue to access U.S. 17.
- I-10 East closed: Drivers will detour via McDuff Avenue north, turn right on Beaver Street, and right on Stockton Street to access the I-10 East on-ramp.
Closures scheduled Monday, Jan. 13 and Tuesday, Jan 14 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- I-10 West ramp to I-295 closed: Drivers will continue on I-10 to Hammond Boulevard, turn left on Hammond Boulevard, and left on Normandy Boulevard to access I-295.
Closure scheduled Wednesday, Jan. 15 and Thursday, Jan 16 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- I-10 East off-ramp to Lane Avenue closed: Drivers will continue on I-10, exit at Cassat Avenue, turn left on Cassat Avenue and take I-10 West to access Lane Avenue.
Closures scheduled Thursday, Jan. 16 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- McDuff Avenue closed: Northbound drivers will take I-10 East to Stockton Street, turn right on Stockton Street, right on Irene Street and take I-10 West to the McDuff Avenue exit. Southbound drivers will take I-10 West to Luna Street, turn left on Luna Street and take I-10 East to the McDuff Avenue exit.
- I-10 East and I-10 West closed: Drivers will detour using the McDuff Avenue exits, cross McDuff Avenue and reconnect with I-10.
