JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of the I-95 and I-295 North interchange improvements project, overnight detours throughout the project limits are necessary for roadway and bridge construction operations Sunday, June 14 through Thursday, June 18, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
I-295 West and I-295 West collector/distributor closures scheduled Sunday, June 14 to Thursday, June 18 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- I-295 West drivers will follow posted detour signs to use the I-295 West collector/distributor lanes.
- Driver wanting access to I-95 will exit at Pulaski Road and follow the detour to Airport Center Drive to access I-95.
- Drivers wanting access to U.S. 17 will exit at Pulaski Road and follow the detour north to New Berlin Road to access U.S. 17.
I-95 South ramp to I-295 West closure scheduled Sunday, June 14 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- Drivers wanting to access I-295 West will continue on I-95 South exit at Dunn Avenue and take I-95 North to access I-295.
I-295 East collector/distributor closure scheduled Wednesday, June 17 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- Drivers wanting to access I-95 or U.S. 17 will detour at Pulaski Road and take I-295 West to access both U.S. 17 and I-95.
Conflicting detours and lane closures will not take place at the same time.
