JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of FDOT’s I-10 from I-295 to I-95 widening project, closures and detours are scheduled at multiple interchanges within the project limits beginning Tuesday, Sept. 3 while crews perform bridge construction operations, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting. Please note that schedules may be adjusted to avoid conflicting detour traffic along the routes.
Closures scheduled Tuesday, Sept. 3 through Thursday, Sept. 5 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- I-10 West exit to Luna Street closed: Drivers will detour to Cassat Avenue and take Highway Avenue to connect with Luna Street.
- Irene Street on-ramp to I-10 West closed: Drivers will detour to Edison Avenue and take Forest Street to connect with I-10 West.
- I-10 East exit to McDuff Avenue closed: Drivers will detour to Stockton Street, to Irene Street, to Edison Avenue, to Forest Street and take I-10 West to connect with McDuff Avenue.
- Cassat Avenue on-ramp to I-10 East: Northbound drivers will detour to Cassat Avenue, to Highway Avenue and take Luna Street to connect with I-10 East. Southbound drivers will detour to Lenox Avenue and take Luna Street to connect with I-10 East.
