JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of FDOT’s I-10 from I-295 to I-95 widening project, closures and detours are scheduled at multiple interchanges within the project limits Sunday, May 11 through Thursday, May 15 while crews perform construction work, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting. Please note that schedules may be adjusted to avoid conflicting detour traffic along the routes.
Closures scheduled Sunday, May 11 to Wednesday, May 14 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- I-10 West exit to U.S. 17 (Roosevelt Boulevard) closed: Drivers will detour to the McDuff Avenue exit and make a left on McDuff Avenue to connect with U.S. 17.
- U.S. 17 (Roosevelt Boulevard) on-ramp to I-10 East closed: Drivers will detour on Roosevelt Boulevard to McDuff Avenue north to access I-10 East.
- Irene Street on-ramp to I-10 West closed: Drivers will detour to Edison Avenue and make a right on Forest Street to access I-10 West.
Closures scheduled Thursday, May 15 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- McDuff Avenue on-ramp to I-10 East closed: Drivers will detour to Roselle Street then east to Stockton Street to access I-10 East.
- McDuff Avenue southbound at I-10 closed: Drivers will detour to I-10 West and exit at Cassat Avenue to access I-10 East to McDuff Avenue.
- I-10 East at McDuff Avenue Closed: Drivers will detour to McDuff Avenue, then right on Beaver Street and right on Stockton to access I-10 East.
