JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of FDOT’s I-10 from I-295 to I-95 widening project, there will be multiple detours next week throughout the work area while crews perform paving and bridge construction activities, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
I-10 West Exit to U.S. 17 (Roosevelt Boulevard): Sunday, Dec. 4 through Thursday, Dec. 8 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., drivers who wish to take the Roosevelt Boulevard exit will be detoured to the McDuff Avenue exit and left on McDuff Avenue to reconnect with Roosevelt Boulevard.
Cassat Avenue to I-10 East On-Ramp: Sunday, Dec. 4 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., drivers who wish to take the I-10 east on-ramp will be detoured via Cassat Avenue to either Highway Avenue to McDuff Ave. to connect with I-10 or Lenox Avenue to Luna Street to connect with I-10.
I-10 East to Cassat Avenue Exit: Sunday, Dec. 4 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., drivers who wish to exit I-10 east at Cassat Avenue will be detoured to McDuff Avenue, left on McDuff Avenue, left on I-10 west and continue to Cassat Avenue.
Luna Street Detour: Sunday, Dec. 4 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Luna Street will be closed at I-10. Drivers will be detoured via Highway Avenue to Edgewood Avenue to Lenox Avenue to reconnect with Luna Street or via Lenox Avenue to Edgewood Avenue to Highway Avenue to reconnect with Luna Street.
I-10 East Exit to I-295: Monday, Dec. 5 through Wednesday Dec. 7 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., drivers on I-10 east who wish to take the I-295 off-ramp will continue on I-10 east, take the Lane Avenue exit, turn left on Lane Avenue, turn left onto the I-10 west on-ramp and continue to I-295.
