GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. – As part of First Coast Expressway construction, overnight closures of Henley Road at the First Coast Expressway (State Road 23) are planned Tuesday, May 6 through Thursday, May 8, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
Roadway closures will be in place nightly from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning to allow for paving and striping work in preparation for the final configuration of the First Coast Expressway/Henley Road diverging diamond interchange. During the closures, drivers will detour via Sandridge Road and Russell Road.
