JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – FDOT will temporarily detour lanes northbound and southbound lanes of I-95 as well as the I-295 westbound ramp to I-95 northbound overnight this week through Thursday, August 17 as part of the I-95/I-295 North Interchange Operational Improvements Project.
Nightly through Thursday, August 17 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., drivers attempting to travel northbound on I-95 will be detoured to I-295 eastbound, U.S. 17 and onto I-295 westbound to access I-95 northbound. Drivers attempting to travel southbound on I-95 will be detoured to I-295 westbound, Duval Road and onto I-295 eastbound to access I-95 southbound. Only one direction of I-95 will be closed at a time.
Monday, August 14 through Thursday August 17 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., drivers attempting to exit onto I-95 northbound from I-295 westbound will be detoured to U.S. 17 and Airport Road to access I-95 northbound.
