ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – As part of intersection improvements on State Road 16 at I-95, an overnight detour of westbound State Road 16 at I-95 is necessary for overhead sign installation to be completed safely. State Road 16 west will close on Wednesday, July 2 at 8 p.m. and reopen by 6 a.m. the following morning.
During this time, drivers on westbound State Road 16 will be detoured to move into the eastbound State Road 16 lanes as part of a flagging operation. Drivers are encouraged to use caution in the area at this time.
