JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – FDOT will have overnight closures and detours throughout the I-95/I-295 North Interchange Operational Improvements project beginning Sunday, March 30 for roadway and bridge construction operations, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
Closures scheduled Monday, March 31 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- I-95 North exit to Max Leggett Parkway closed: Drivers will detour to I-295 East, to U.S. 17 and take Airport Center Drive to connect with Max Leggett Parkway.
- Max Leggett Parkway ramp to I-95 South closed: Drivers will detour to I-95 North and take the Pecan Park Road exit to connect with I-95 South.
Closures scheduled through Thursday, April 3 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning (please note detour schedules may be adjusted to avoid conflicting traffic along the routes):
- I-295 East at the I-95 Interchange closed: Drivers will detour to I-95 North, to Airport Center Drive and take U.S. 17 to reconnect with I-295 East.
- I-295 West at the I-95 Interchange closed: Drivers will detour U.S. 17 to Airport Center Drive and take I-95 South to reconnect with I-295 West.
- I-95 North at the I-295 Interchange: Drivers will detour to I-295 East, to U.S. 17 and take Airport Center Drive to reconnect with I-95 North.
Closure scheduled Tuesday, April 1 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- U.S. 17 at I-295 closed: Northbound drivers will detour to Busch Drive, to I-95 North and take Airport Center Drive to reconnect with U.S. 17. Southbound drivers will detour to I-295 East, to the Pulaski Road exit, to I-295 West to I-95 South and take Busch Drive to reconnect with U.S. 17.
