JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of the Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) improvements project on Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway (State Road 115) from Boulevard Street to Beach Boulevard, overnight detours are scheduled Tuesday, April 23 through Thursday, April 25 for installation of CCTV poles.
MLK Parkway Northbound On-Ramp from University Boulevard Detour
The Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway on-ramp from University Boulevard will close nightly starting Tuesday, April 23 through Thursday, April 25 between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning.
As a detour, drivers will continue north on University Boulevard and turn left onto the westbound MLK Parkway on-ramp.
Eastbound Beach Boulevard at East Road Detour
Eastbound lanes of Beach Boulevard will close nightly starting Monday, April 23 through Thursday, April 25 between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning.
As a detour, drivers will take Beach Boulevard eastbound, exit to East Road, turn left onto Parental Home Road and turn right onto Beach Boulevard.
