JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of FDOT’s I-10 from I-295 to I-95 widening project, closures and detours are scheduled at multiple interchanges within the project limits Sunday, Feb. 22 through Thursday, Feb. 26 while crews perform construction work and traffic shifts, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting. Please note that schedules may be adjusted to avoid conflicting detour traffic along the routes.
Closures scheduled Sunday, Feb. 22 and Monday, Feb. 23 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- I-10 West at Lane Avenue closed: Drivers will detour north on Lane Avenue, make a left on Commonwealth Avenue and take I-295 South to access I-10.
- Lane Avenue on-ramp to I-10 West closed: Southbound Lane Avenue drivers will detour to Normandy Boulevard, make a right on Normandy Boulevard and take I-295 North to access I-10. Northbound Lane Avenue drivers will make a right on Highway Avenue and a right on Cassat Avenue to access I-10.
Closures scheduled Sunday, Feb. 22 to Thursday, Feb. 26 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- Forest Street on-ramp to I-10 West closed: Drivers will detour to Edison Avenue and make a left on Irene Street to access I-10.
- I-10 West off-ramp to U.S. 17 (Roosevelt Boulevard) closed: Drivers will detour to McDuff Avenue and make a left on McDuff Avenue to access U.S. 17.
Closures scheduled Tuesday, Feb. 24 and Wednesday, Feb. 25 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- I-10 West at McDuff Avenue closed: Drivers will detour at McDuff Avenue, continue across McDuff Avenue and take the on-ramp to I-10.
