BALDWIN, Fla. – As part of the I-10 and U.S. 301 interchange improvement project, multiple ramps at the I-10 and U.S. 301 interchange are tentatively scheduled to close nightly Monday, May 13 through Thursday, May 16 for resurfacing work. Ramps will close from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
During the closures, the following detours will be in place:
Eastbound I-10 Ramp to U.S. 301 Closed: Drivers will continue east and use the First Coast Expressway (State Road 23) interchange to access I-10 West to U.S. 301.
Westbound I-10 Ramp to U.S. 301 Closed: Drivers will continue west to State Road 228 (exit 336) and take I-10 East to access U.S. 301.
Northbound U.S. 301 Ramp to I-10 East Closed: Drivers will go east on U.S. 90 to First Coast Expressway south to access I-10.
Southbound U.S. 301 Ramp to I-10 East Closed: Southbound U.S. 301 and traffic on
U.S. 90 will travel east on U.S. 90 to the First Coast Expressway (State Road 23) interchange to access I-10 East. An alternate route continues south on U.S. 301 then east on Normandy Boulevard (SR 228) to New World Avenue north and First Coast Expressway north to access I-10 East.
Southbound U.S. 301 Ramp to I-10 West Closed:
Southbound drivers on U.S. 301 will access I-10 eastbound to First Coast Expressway interchange and access I-10 westbound.
Northbound U.S. 301 Ramp to I-10 West Closed:
Drivers will continue north on U.S. 301 and take U.S. 90 west to southbound First Coast Expressway to access I-10 West.
Motorists are advised to follow posted detour signs and use caution through the area during this time.
