JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – FDOT will have overnight closures and detours throughout the I-95/I-295 North Interchange Operational Improvements project for roadway and bridge construction operations, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
Closures scheduled Monday, July 1 through Wednesday, July 3 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- I-295 West exit to I-95 North closed: Drivers will detour to U.S. 17 and take Airport Road to connect with I-95 North.
- I-95 North closed: Drivers will detour to I-295 East, take the U.S. 17 exit and take Airport Road to reconnect with I-95 North.
This work is part of a new phase of construction on the I-95/I-295 North Interchange Operational Improvements project. The interchange upgrades are part of an important effort to promote economic growth and development in the region.
