JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – FDOT will have overnight closures and detours throughout the I-95/I-295 North Interchange Operational Improvements project beginning Sunday, Sept. 21 for roadway and bridge construction operations, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
I-95 South ramp to I-295 West closure scheduled to begin Sunday, Sept. 21 at 10 p.m. through the end of October:
- Southbound I-95 drivers to I-10: Drivers will continue on I-95 South to access I-10.
- Southbound I-95 drivers to I-295 West: Drivers will detour to I-295 East, exit U.S. 17 northbound to access I-295 West.
- EXCEPTION –Southbound I-95 drivers to I-295 West – Tuesday, Sept. 23 and Wednesday, Sept. 24: Drivers will detour to I-295 East and exit Pulaski Road northbound to access I-295 West.
Closure scheduled Tuesday, Sept. 23 and Wednesday, September 24 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- I-295 westbound collector/distributor lanes closed: Drivers wanting to access I-95 South will take U.S. 17 northbound to Airport Center Drive, and go left toward the airport to access I-95 South.
