“The Road Ranger was our hero on I 95 sometime before 7:00 am in the morning. We had a tire blow. We are AAA members, they gave us no immediate hope. We have State Farm Insurance, we called them – such a tedious process! And State Farm charged the credit card ahead of time for a tow (we cancelled). The Road Ranger bravely said “no problem, I do this all the time”. He changed the highway side tire in no time, directed us to an exit with tire places and we were on our way back to Virginia. He is a very nice guy and we can’t thank him or your service enough. And we are happy our insurance company sponsors this program.”
