JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – FDOT will have overnight closures and detours throughout the I-95/I-295 North Interchange Operational Improvements project through Thursday, Oct. 16 for roadway and bridge construction operations, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
Closure scheduled Monday, Oct. 13 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- I-295 East collector/distributor lanes closed: Eastbound drivers will use eastbound I-295 lanes. Drivers wanting to access U.S. 17 will go north on Pulaski Road and make a left on New Berlin Road to U.S. 17. Drivers wanting to access I-95 North will go north on Pulaski Road, make a left on New Berlin Road, a right on U.S. 17 and left on Airport Center Drive to access I-95 North.
Closure scheduled Monday, Oct. 13 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- I-295 West collector/distributor lanes closed: Westbound drivers will use I-295 westbound lanes. Drivers wanting to access I-95 will go north on U.S. 17 and left on Airport Center Drive to access I-95.
Closure scheduled Wednesday, Oct. 15 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- I-295 East lanes closed: Eastbound drivers will take the eastbound collector/distributor lanes to access I-295 East.
Full detour ending Monday. Oct. 13:
- I-95 South ramp to I-295 West scheduled to open: Until ramp is opened, I-95 South drivers will access I-10 by continuing south on I-95. I-295 West drivers will detour to I-295 East and take U.S. 17 north to access I-295 West.
