JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – FDOT will have multiple overnight closures and detours throughout the I-95/I-295 North Interchange Operational Improvements project for roadway and bridge construction operations, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
Closure scheduled Monday, June 24 and Tuesday, June 25 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- I-95 North exit to Max Leggett Parkway closed: Drivers will detour to I-295 East and take U.S. 17 to Max Leggett Parkway.
Closures scheduled Wednesday, June 26 and Thursday, June 27 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- I-295 South closed: Drivers will detour to Max Leggett Parkway to U.S. 17 and take I-295 West to reconnect with I-95 South.
- Airport Road to I-95 South on-ramp: Drivers will detour to Max Leggett Parkway to U.S. 17 and take I-295 West to reconnect with I-95 South.
This work is part of a new phase of construction on the I-95/I-295 North Interchange Operational Improvements project. The interchange upgrades are part of an important effort to promote economic growth and development in the region.
