“I ran over a trailer hitch that was on I295 at the JTB intersection. My front drivers tire blew. I was in the inside lane and just barely made it on to the Inside shoulder. I called 911 who called the State Troopers and gave them my phone number. The State Trooper called me right back and said a Road Ranger would be on it’s way to help me change my tire. When the Ranger arrived I was surprised to see a young lady. She was so very pleasant and super helpful. I was not at all prepared to change my tire and she took care of everything for me. She got my spare off my car, changed it and filled up the spare with air. I just want to thank you and please keep up the good work. ”
