On June 18th I was driving to Tallahassee on I-10 and got a flat tire. I contacted my insurance co, road assistance with no results. My cousin who I was on my way to see called the FDOT Road Rangers. Within a short while a Road Ranger showed up. He was kind, respectful and very safety minded. He changed my tire and told me how to drive on the spare safely. It was a very good experience and I want to let this Dept. know that I am very appreciative, you rendered great service and have good Road Rangers.
Our patrol driver kept us safe from danger on the side of the road until we were able to get assistance on our own thanks for being there?
I had a flat tire in an area that didn’t have enough room on the shoulder to safely change it myself. My insurance was telling me it would be a couple hours before they could get me help and I was getting scared that someone would hit me there. Road Rangers showed up with his magic orange cones that made people move over and he got me safely back on the road. I am extremely grateful.
