“We were pulling our camper on I-10 in Madison County and had a tire blowout on the camper. Luckily a Road Ranger pulled behind us approximately two minutes after we pulled over. He took charge and changed the tire for us and had us back on the road in no time!”

“We had been on the road for over 3.5 hours already and our insurance company had not had any response from any tow truck or mechanic to change and evaluate the flat tire. We were looking at another 2 hours of waiting according to our Insurance company. I called the police in GA (we were on the FL side of the border). They referred us to FL police and then the proper authorities to handle our call. Within 10 minutes a truck pulls up to help us and the Road Ranger introduced himself. My husband helped empty the car to get the tire while the Road Ranger set up the space with cones, etc. He was very personable and explained who he was and the service he could provide. He was quick and helpful and assured us we were good to go but get the regular tire looked at the next day. He helped load the damaged tire into our car and bid us goodbye. My husband offered him $50 for helping us on New Years Day but he graciously refused. This was a wonder experience and we are keeping the brochure he gave us in our glove box in case there is a problem in the future as we are moving to Florida.
