“A piece of metal was thrown out of a lawn mower and hit the side of my truck and took out the passenger front side tire. There wasn’t much space for me to pull over, since it was the passenger side and needed to be on solid ground. It was difficult just getting out of my truck, no one would move over and I felt very unsafe. The Road Ranger on Route #11, was a life saver. Seriously! He put up cones and a sign. He was a huge help in changing my tire and getting the spare tire on. He put the tire on while I tied what was left of the damaged tire into the back of my truck. I definitely owe a huge THANK YOU to him for being there to help me. My wife said he answered her prayers! Thank you to all the Road Rangers out there giving aid to us drivers. We definitely appreciate them being out there to help all in need. Best regard, Bill”

“This morning had a flat tire on the way to the dentist. A GOOD Samaritan Road Ranger in Jacksonville stopped to help me. I’m 68 years old. Don’t know how to change a tireon my Chevy Suburban. The Road Ranger had my spare tire on in 25 minutes. A major inconvenience turned out to be not so bad. THANK YOU ROAD RANGER, STATE FARM, and FDOT !”
