The Road Ranger was amazing. He was there to help within minutes of our tire blowing. He made the area safe placing cones. Then he proceeded to help my husband get the dummy tire from underneath the van added air to it and changed our tire out. This happened in a matter of 30 min, and we were back on the rd. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I lost total air on a rear passenger tire (about 8 nails were found on the tire.) A Road Ranger responded to my location (while I was waiting for a road assistance tow truck that was 90 minutes away.) The Road Ranger was courteous and friendly. He explained the Road Ranger Program and assisted me with getting back on the road. He refused to take a gratuity. I just wanted to say thank you and express my gratitude. Can you please pass on my thanks to him?
