“On Monday, October 18, we were heading north on I-75, right between Ocala and Gainesville. Suddenly the car started to heat up and we pulled over. A few minutes later, Road Ranger from Truck 573 assisted us by adding water to the car and telling us that it appeared that the Water Pump had broken. We called AAA and when we told him that they were on their way, Bill from Tuck 573 left to help others. Triple AAA had the car towed to the Chevy Dealer in Gainesville which installed a new Water Pump. The Road Ranger was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We commend him for his dedication. ”
“Plastic underside of car and driver wheel well was ripped off from unknown source, dragging under the car and leaving a hole in the front of car where the fog light cover was and the computer had been attached to the back of it. Road Ranger was quick to spot that this was the computer hanging down, as my husband was considering removing it, and went to work securing it off the ground and out of the way and removed the still attached plastic. He was heaven sent and extremely efficient.”
“The Road Ranger helped to jump off my sons friend truck that had left them the night before. When I called dispatcher said there was no one in our area and it would be up to 45 mins to1 hour.
From the tone we called around 3 mins he pulled up amd was very good to my kids and put
them on the way home. ”
